Utillity is licenced based - so you never own it, but you also never have an outdated copy of it either! Keeping your software uptodate is difficult, especially if you are not the IT sort of person! While support is free, we do charge a call out fee if we need to go to the store. This generally does not happen as store related issues are normally hardware and the respective hardware vendor needs to resolve the issue.
I hope that when you choose your POS application you choose Utillity, but if you are not in the clothing or footwear sectors you may well find another package better suited to your market. Now that's honesty!
