Terminals
Without wanting to slate the use of terminals, they tend to be expensive and proprietory - so when something goes wrong they and only they can help you. Naturally this is not a hard and fast rule, but is definetly something to consider. If I choose to change my POS software, can I reuse the hardware I have purchased?
I hope that when you choose your POS application you choose Utillity, but if you are not in the clothing or footwear sectors you may well find another package better suited to your market. Now that's honesty!
